William is an experienced planner with 14 years of service with the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT). While at MDOT he worked on a number of high profile projects for the department. He was part of two billion dollar projects such as the Detroit River International Crossing Study ($1.8 Billion) and the I-94 Rehabilitation Study ($1.4 Billion).
He is experienced in the development of National Environmental Policy Act documents from Environment Assessment projects to Environmental Impact Statements. William also has experience in engaging special and underrepresented populations for transportation projects. His experience in defusing and dealing with highly controversial projects has served well in his 14 years of transportation experience.
